Script (1st draft): Rikki - 25/03/11

Group meeting on Friday the 25th (is this possible?? If not, as usual on Wednesday):

• Discuss suitability of script and changes to be made. 
• Discuss casting availability
• Rikki to re-draft script.
• Rikk to organise casting dates/advertisements.
• Nelson & Zach to work on storyboard/shot list.
• Ruth to work to sound list.

Storyboard (1st draft): Zach and Nelson - 30/03/11
Shot list (1st draft): Nelson and Zach - 30/03/11
Sound list (1st draft): Ruth - 30/03/11
Script (2nd draft): Rikki - 30/03/11
Casting dates/ads: Rikki - 30/03/11

Group meeting on Wednesday the 30th:

• Discuss storyboard/shot list/sound list and make any changes.
• Discuss script and make any changes.
• Discuss particulars for casting sessions.

DOP's notes (1st draft): Nelson - 06/04/11
Producer's notes (1st draft): Rikki - 06/04/11
Director's notes (1st draft): Zach - 06/04/11
Scene breakdown: Rikki - 06/04/11

Group meeting on Wednesday the 6th:

• Discuss each other's notes and make any changes.
• Discuss scene breakdown and make any changes.
• Discuss locations (as stated in Producer's notes) and work on Production design ideas.

Final draft of all notes including Production Design - 10/04/11

Group meeting on Sunday the 10:

• Finalise all drafts and ensure that we have everything as we want and in order before handing in portfolio on Tuesday the 12th.
